PUPIL INFORMATION CARDS
Pupil information cards should be filed each year and updated as needed during the year, by the parents, to assure that a designated adult can be reached at all times, and to identify the adults with authorization to take students from schools. Students will be released only to those designated by parent/guardian on the Information Cards
The cards will be on file in the main office and at the office of the superintendent of schools.
The cards will be taken outside of the building by the building principal or designees in the event of a building evacuation excluding practice fire drills. |
